My favorite INFINITE songs!

Hey guys! Welcome to my blog!

In regard’s to Hoya leaving INFINITE, I have decided to put together some of my favorite song’s of their’s that I absolutely love!

“BTD” (Before The Dawn)

“The Chaser”

…Honestly, there are many more I want to include in this post, but I know it will take a while XD. Either way, I am very upset that Hoya has left INFINITE. I remember when they came to London. They were the very first K-pop group I saw live. And I remember when they were going through the introduction at the concert and a guy in front of me started jumping up and down during Dongwoo’s talk and all the members noticed him. Thing is, when the guy was noticed, he ducked down in embarrassment leaving me in full view. Everyone, including INFINITE, were staring at me..I died a happy girl that night. XD

I hope that Hoya and INFINITE do well and I wish them all luck for the journey ahead!

See ya!

Saying goodbye.

Hey guys. Welcome to my blog.

So today was the day that me and my family said goodbye to my brother’s best friend Tyreece. It was a really sad day for us all and I simply still can’t get over the fact that he’s gone.

It was a nice, quiet ceremony with all his family and friend’s. His little coffin decorated with dinosaurs (They were his favorite) and his hat he loved to wear….

Tyreece was a character. He would tell jokes that didn’t makes sense, he loved the avengers and had all the costumes and props. His favorite characters were The Incredible Hulk and Captain America. He had a quirky fashion sense and he, along with my brother, would sing Ed Sheeran’s Castle On The Hill together. Their favorite song.

I remember when Tyreece came to my brothers birthday. He was dressed up as Captain America and was a very wonderful young man. Even now, I can remember it like it was yesterday.

And I know that even though he’s not with us physically, he’s with us spiritually and from the heart. He will never be forgotten and will forever be remembered.

I’m not gonna lie, I was a total wreck during the ceremony. I just couldn’t bare to imagine what his parents must be going through. Even by just thinking about it all bring’s a tear to my eye. There was so many people there who came to celebrate his life. So many that me and my mum ended up standing…but I didn’t mind. His last goodbye song was Ed Sheeran’s Castle On The Hill….And as we all left, some went up to his coffin and blew a kiss. I was one of them.

I recognized quite a few people at the ceremony. A number of them being teachers from my brother’s school. Teacher’s who taught both my brother and Tyreece.

As a goodbye, my brother wrote a message on a little card, tied it to a balloon, and let it go in the garden.

All I can do now, is remember Tyreece threw photographs from my brother’s birthday and memories…

I know George will never forget Tyreece. And as I said before, even though he’s not with us physically, he’s with us spiritually and from the heart. He live’s on through everyone who knew him.

“Rest in peace Tyreece, you will never be forgotten. I hope your doing well up in heaven and having fun… Sleep well little man”

Today was the day..

Hey guys! Welcome to my blog!

So…today was the day. What day you may ask? Results day of course!

The time in your life when you open that envelope of doom, to unmask your hard working achievements…

For some it was a proud day! I know many people who have worked incredibly hard and achieved the results they had been hoping for. And to that, I say….

For some, it wasn’t a proud day. And I understand that. If your reading this and feel you didn’t do well in your exams, please hear me out.

Although you didn’t get the results you wanted, you are still amazing. You are still great. You are still incredible. I know you’ve tried your very best. I know you worked really hard. But you know what? You can still do so many great things! Don’t let some letters and numbers on a paper decide your future. Decide it for yourself. Even if it means starting from the bottom. Because when you start from the bottom, there’s only one way you can go. And that’s up.

There are loads of opportunities out there, just for you.

So don’t give up. Never give up. You can do this. Because when a door closes, another one opens.

Why you shouldn’t take things for granted.

Hey guys! Welcome to my blog!

I’m gonna keep this post short with one simple message.

Don’t take anyone or anything for granted.

To me, this is an important quote. Why? Because it’s underestimated and should be taken more seriously.

Who know’s what life has in store for us! It could be anything from breaking up from a relationship to losing someone close to you. I know it’s not something people want to think about, but it could happen.

You see, the reason I decided to write this post was because my brother recently lost his best friend from school and it breaks my heart knowing that we won’t see him again. It really made me think, “We should of done this…” and “We should of done that…”. It made me feel a little guilty for not reminding my brother to hang out with him (FYI- My brother is 7 years old. )

It seems that people only seem to realize what they’ve had when they’ve lost it. So many of us have been blessed with a family, a home, an education, health..yet so many of us think nothing of it and sometimes wish we didn’t. But there are so many others who would love to have what we have.

There are some without parents, some who are homeless, some who are suffering from an illness, some who have broken up with their partner. There are so many who are wishing that they have what we have. Yet we still take it all for granted.

So please guys, don’t take anything or anyone for granted. Because you don’t know what’s round the corner.

Do yourself a favor. Right at this very moment, call your loved ones and tell them how much you love them. Ring up your friends and tell them how much you appreciate your friendship. Forgive those who have done you wrong in life….. Because it may be the last time you get to.

Live life how you want to live it. But never forget those around you who have been there from the start.

Inspirational Quotes #1

Hey guys! Welcome to my blog!

Everyone needs a bit of encouragement every now and then. Especially during rough times. Believe me, I know. I’ve gone through a few rough times lately and I’ve never really known what to do with myself. The road to recovery is a tough one, that’s for sure.

I thought I’d share some of my favorite quotes with you. Simply because no one deserves to be left in the dark with nothing to encourage them to turn on the light 🙂

  • Your mistakes do not define you.

They certainly do not. Only you can define you.

  • Never compare your reality to others. Everyone has their own journey they take.

Don’t compare yourself to someone else. By doing that, you damage yourself emotionally. You are perfect the way you are.

  • Never let them change you.

You are you. Don’t let anyone tell you different.

  • Every day is a new beginning, Treat it that way.

Everyday is a new beginning. It’s a page in a book that’s waiting to be written.

  • No matter how hard it is, just keep going because you only fail when you give up.

Why give up on something you worked so hard for? Giving up, is throwing all that time and effort away.

  • Sometimes you have to experience the bad, so that you can learn to appreciate the good.

When you hit rock bottom, you begin to appreciate things more.

  • Don’t ignore the effort of a person who tries to keep in touch. It’s not all the time someone cares.

This is an important quote. You never know what you have until it’s gone.

  • Be thankful for what you have. You have no idea how many people would love to have what you’ve got.

This is deep. It’s true though. Always be thankful for what you have.

This is only a few of the many quotes I wanted to share with you…meaning, there will be another post! Either way, I hope you guys enjoyed this post! If you found it useful, then please give it a like! And give it a share for others!

See ya!

R.I.P Linkin Park’s Chester Bennington

Dear Lord, Please welcome him with open arms…”

I’m sure you’ve all heard the tragic news about Chester Bennington. And I’m afraid to say it’s all true. The famous singer has died and I have to say, I am actually in distraught. I grew up listening to Linkin Park and knowing that he’s dead is…..awful.

Authorities say that Chester took his own life this morning and was found in his private residence at around 9am.

I’m finding it really hard to believe that this has actually happened. But it has. And there is nothing we can do about it, except celebrate his life and music. He will not be forgotten and neither will his music.

My sincere condolences to his family, friends and fellow fans. This is truly heartbreaking.

“May you rest in peace Chester. Sleep well.”

Hey guys! Welcome to my blog!

There’s no doubt that everyone has done something in their life they regret. Like wore an outfit that didn’t look right or said something they wish they never did. We don’t want to be reminded of those times because they can haunt us in the present. In my case, it’s a style I would stick to everyday when I was 8. For me, it’s embarrassing and makes me wonder why no one gave me a mirror to see the train wreck.

There was no doubt that I was a little tomboyish when I was younger and often looked up towards my elder siblings…(Not that it’s there fault. If anything, they tried to help me break free from said style XD)

By now you guys are probably wondering what the style was. Well I can narrow it down to this….it was a certain hair style. It may not seem too bad to you guys, but to me, It’s something I would like to go back in time and fix. What makes it worse, is that I’m reminded of said hair style because there is a picture of me with the hair style, hanging on the fridge…

What makes it even worse, I think my boyfriend saw it. I mean, I don’t want him to see it! I know, I know, I could of removed it, thing is, I actually forgot to remove it on two occasions…

For all I know, every single house guest we’ve had have seen it..and you know what? You will too!

*Please bare in mind, I was very young and didn’t have a clue of what fashion was. Also bare in mind that this was done in a photo booth that turns your photos into drawings….Apologies for the bad quality*

Ladies and Gentleman, I give you….. MIDDLE PARTING!

Don’t get me wrong, there is absolutely nothing wrong with middle parting’s, it’s just..they didn’t look right on me XD

These are photo’s I frequently see and despise… But you know what? We all have embarrassing photos of ourselves at a young age and sometimes it’s good to share with others because it helps you get over the fact that they’re embarrassing. Just like I’m doing now. For all I know, this could be making someone’s day!

I hope you guys enjoyed this post and had a good laugh about it just like I have XD If you enjoyed this post, please give it a like so I know it was enjoyable!

See ya!

The time is now…

My fellow readers..the time has come for me to say goodbye…

My fate will soon be sealed……for I have accepted a challenge…. a challenge in which only the strongest and courageous are worthy…it is a great challenge that I shall face with courage, wisdom and a glass of milk….

Untitled design (9).png

I am legit excited about this because I love trying new foods and It looks like a fun challenge..(Yeah! A challenge that could potentially doom me and my stomach..) Either way, I thought I’d give it a try! What have I got to lose?…(Nothing much, just my intestines..:) )

And just so you guys know I’m serious, I will be going live on my Facebook page when I take the challenge. (Emotional support would be greatly appreciated.)

I will be going live on the 22nd July, 6pm. Be there!

I hope you guys enjoyed this post, and I will see you guys on the 22nd July!
